Server housing
For customers, who want to shelter a server in a data center, 123domain.eu offers server housing in its own data centre at the company’s location in Dortmund. Housing customers automatically benefit from uninterruptible power supplies as well as all other safeguards.
Terms and conditions
123domain.eu offers housing space for 19" servers and miditower-sized systems. With 19" servers the costs depend on the number of occupied height units in the server rack, with miditower-sized systems a lump sum is billed.
Basic housing contains a dedicated ip address, uninteruptible power supply and 10 gigabyte of traffic per height unit used or 20 gigabyte of traffic per miditower-sized server, direct access to a technician during office hours and support by telephone.
Auxiliary services
Apart from the services of basic housing optionally the following auxiliary services can be taken up:
- mail system (configured by use of the 123domain.eu domain management tool)
- backups of the whole system or only certain directories
- 24h emergency telephone number with standby of a professional
